About the program
Baylor Students who are accepted into the program will live and go to class at the historic Park LaBrea Apartments in the central Hollywood area.
Students will be registered for COMM 496 Inside Hollywood internship class provide by Olivet Nazarene University. The program begins around the 3rd week of May and last until the 2nd week of August.
Each student who is accepted into the program will pay a program fee of $2,000. There can be additional fees that will be paid to LAFSC when the student moves in.
Although students are not required to have a vehicle, it is highly encouraged, as the greater LA area is spread out, and does not offer public transit to every location.
Internships
Students are required to find their own internship, but some support can be provided by both Baylor and LAFSC. Finding an internship is the student’s responsibility!
Students selected to the program will meet with the program director for an internship tutorial.
